Company History
1972

Since then, they have built an unparalleled network of experts around the globe, serving the world's food suppliers and customers with diverse products and services that help them grow their business
1998
AJC International expanded their service capabilities in Puerto Rico by entering into an exclusive contract with Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club to develop a program from mainland US to the island.
2000
AJC International began another exclusive program—this time with US poultry producer, Wayne Farms, to manage their refrigerated exports from the US to China.
2001
After almost 30 years of success in the food trade segment, AJC International leveraged their knowledge, experience and strength in international logistics by launching AJC Logistics to provide full 3PL (third party logistics) services.
2009
AJC Logistics was nominated as the exclusive agent for FedEx Freight in Puerto Rico, opening a 55,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art warehouse in Jacksonville, FL featuring 4 temp zones to support the distinct needs of our Puerto Rico clients.
2010
AJC Logistics received accreditation from AIB (American Institute of Bakers) for the newly opened Jacksonville facility, which has been proudly maintained since then.
2012
The Jacksonville facility underwent an 8,000 sq. ft. expansion of temp-controlled space to support the growing demand from customers requiring refrigeration.
2019
Continued growth in the Puerto Rico trade resulted in a second expansion of the refrigerated capacity at the Jacksonville warehouse.
2022
AJC Freight Solutions was established as the newest AJC Logistics brand. AJC Freight Solutions consolidates our domestic freight and international shipping services into one entity. Our long-term team members and valued relationships with shippers and carriers will continue to solve the logistics and transportation issues for our customers.
